Noir takes a deeper, more dimensional approach to the interiors of Montclair Seven. Dark cabinetry, warm wood tones, dimensional tile and mixed metal finishes create a sophisticated, grounded palette.
Every detail has been thoughtfully selected by the project’s design team, from cabinetry and countertops to tile, hardware and lighting. Four of the seven residences follow the Noir design direction, but no two homes share the exact same combination of finishes - giving each its own character within the collection.
